Cloud 9 was completed in 2025 with one simple goal: to create a place where people can truly relax. Nestled on Hill Ćokovac on the island of Pašman.Every home was designed to blend luxury, privacy, and nature – a peaceful escape where the only thing more impressive than the architecture is the view.
