Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 4.8.2025.
At Cloud9 Villas, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and property owners. By booking accommodation through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Standard Cancellation Terms
Unless otherwise stated in the villa listing or booking confirmation, the following terms apply:
- Free Cancellation up to 60 days before check-in – you will receive a full refund.
- 30% Refund for cancellations made 59 – 30 days before check-in.
- Cancellation within 29 days before arrival or no-show: 90% of the total amount is due
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process, depending on your bank or provider.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings
Some promotions, discounts, or special offers may be marked as non-refundable. These bookings are not eligible for any refund in case of cancellation, regardless of the notice period.
3. Modifications
If you need to modify your reservation (change dates, number of guests, etc.), please contact us at office@cloud9.hr as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Force Majeure & Extraordinary Events
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control (natural disasters, government travel restrictions, etc.), Cloud9 may, at its sole discretion, offer to:
- Reschedule your stay at no extra cost
- Issue a partial or full credit for a future booking
- Provide a refund (subject to property owner approval)
5. How to Cancel
To cancel a reservation, please email office@cloud9.hr with your booking reference number, full name, and reason for cancellation. We will confirm your cancellation and applicable refund (if any) by email.
